A minimal simulator for digital logic, made by Sebastian Lague alongside his video series about how computers work.
How you code
You build circuits by placing basic logic gates and wiring them together, then save a working circuit as a new chip you can reuse. Step by step you can build adders, memory and eventually larger parts of a computer. It is a sandbox: there are no set puzzles, so the goals are your own.
